GTA Build grew out of a frustration shared by a lot of homeowners across this region: renovations that looked fine at handover but revealed their shortcuts within a year or two. We set out to build a company that treated the unglamorous fundamentals, waterproofing, structural assessment, material selection for this specific climate, with the same seriousness as the visible finishes everyone notices first.
A studio, not a volume shop
We take on a deliberately limited number of projects at a time, so each one gets the planning and attention it deserves rather than being squeezed between others.
Rooted in the community we build in
Working primarily in and around Ajax and the broader GTA means we see the long-term results of our work in the neighbourhoods we live near ourselves.
